ENGINE WAS RETURNED TO THE REPAIR STATION FOR A MISSING 3RD STAGE IP ROTOR BLADE. THE MISSING BLADE WAS VERIFIED IN THE REPAIR STATION. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF UPSTREAM FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE (FOD).
