WHILE TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR A REPORTED UNUSUAL VIBRATION IN FLIGHT, A BORESCOPE INSPECTION DISCOVERED A MISSING 3RD STAGE IP ROTOR BLADE. DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE CONFIRMED THAT ONE OF THE 3RD STAGE IPC ROTOR BLADES WAS MISSING.
