ON TAXI, THE LEFT ENGINE FLAMED OUT. THE LEFT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE PUMP/FUEL CONTROL DRIVE WOULD NOT ROTATE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS TURNED. THE ENGINE WAS RETURNED TO OVERHAUL FACILITY FOR REPAIR.
