RIGHT ENGINE PROPELLER RPM WAS UNCONTROLLABE AND STUCK AT 1100 RPM, SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE. MAINTENANCE CHECKED ENGINE RIGGING AND REINDEXED THE PROPELLER CONTROL UNIT.
