ENGINE AND WING ANTI ICE WAS ON WHEN SMELL OCCURED. / T/S PER TSM 05-50-00-810-831-A AND C/W TASK CARD 21-000-001 IAW TASK CARD INSTRUCTIONS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. C/W TC 21-000-002.
