DURING TAKEOFF, JUST AFTER ROTATION, AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A FLOCK OF BIRDS, RESULTING IN FOD TO BOTH ENGINES AND SUBSEQUENT SHUTDOWN OF BOTH ENGINES. AIRCRAFT HEAVILY DAMAGED. INVESTIGATION UNDER WAY. NTSB AND FAA NOTIFIED. (K)
