YIP - WITH GEAR RAISED AFTER TAKEOFF RIGHT GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT AND GEAR DOOR OPEN LIGHT CAME ON, GEAR WAS CYCLED AND LIGHTS REMAINED ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR. FOUND LOOSE RIGHT GEAR DOOR SWITCH, TIGHTENED MOUNTING BOLTS. OPS CHECK GOOD. (M)
