REF NR 440214-20267, CUT OUT TRAPPED WATER INDICATION ON RT ELEVATOR UPPER SURFACE 12" FROM OTBD. 6" FROM T/E, 1.5" DIAMETER ZONE 3. APPLIED REPAIR AND RESTORED FINISH IAW SRM 55-21-11, PAR 5E.
