FOUND THE COOLING FAN ASSY LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAN ASSY IAW 49-52-51. NO LEAKS OR FUMES DURING OPERATION. MX-4 UPDATED. MCC NOTIFIED. PLACARD REMOVED.'
