FUEL CONTROL WAS OVERHAULED. INSTALLED AND AFTER 164.1 TSO THE START ACCELERATE COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED AND THE ENGINE WOULD HANG AT 60 PERCENT N1 AND COULD NOT BE INCREASED FURTHER.
