HYDR PUMP FAILED TO EXTEND LANDING GEAR. HAND PUMP FAILED TO EXTEND LANDING GEAR. HAND PUMP FAILURE PROBABLY CAUSED BY DEBRIS FROM PRIMARY PUMP - YET TO BE DETERMINED. WILL SEND FOLLOW UP REPORT. LATE REPORT IS BEING DELT WITH BY FSDO. (K)
