Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of vortex generators, stall fences, and strakes in accordance with Document AA1162, no revision, dated July 15, 1993, and Document AA1161, no revision, dated July 27, 1993, or later FAA-approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for other aircraft.
This approval is limited to the installation in Model PA-31, Serial No. 31-7712003, only. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
Note: This modification must be installed in combination with STC No. SA970SO.
