Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to Limilaluns andbindilions: other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this the dead wilf introduce no advise act yed the airworthiness of that airer it.
Aircraft equipped with a "Cub Scout" kayak must be operated in accordance with a FAA approved copy of the Easy Rider Airplane Flight Manual supplement, dated October z2, 1993, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this certificate must be added to the permanent aircraft records.
