2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Approval of this change in type design applies to the model of airplane shown in page 1 of this STC.

4) A copy of this certificate, the AFMS, and the ICA shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.

5) Configurations 01260000-01, 01260000-05, and 0126-0200-4009-01 are approved for safe carriage of equipment only. You must get additional FAA approval to make the equipment operational. The FAA must functionally evaluate these configurations to ensure they comply with the applicable airworthiness standards.

6) Configuration 01260000-04 requires installation of STC SA00102MC as a prerequisite.

7) FAA found the design change to be no acoustic change per 14 CFR §21.93(b).

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the applicable 14 CFR Part 23 aircraft affected is as follows:

a. As specified on the applicable Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) of the aircraft for parts not changed or not affected by this STC.

b. Regulations at the amendment levels defined within the below table for parts changed or affected by the STC since the reference date of STC application, 12/22/2008.
