2. The UKCAA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the EMB-505.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the Embraer S.A. model EMB-505 is shown on TCDS A60CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
