1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document 02039305 entitled: "Instructions for Conti nued Airworthiness for the installation/modification of mission equipment in the PZL M28 05 Aircraft", Revision E, dated September 12, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
4. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document 02039312, Revision D, dated April 12, 2010, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
5. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
6. This STC is intended for military, public, or government use aircraft only. Installation of this system on aircraft for commercial use is prohibited.
