2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document 300E350764 Revision 3, dated May 19, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
4. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document 130-590031-371, Revision 0, dated May 25, 2010, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
5. This STC is intended for military, public, or government use aircraft only. Installation of this system on aircraft for commercial use is prohibited.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR sections 21.115 and 21.101, the certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft Model B300C (C-12W) as described in the Description of Type Design Change since the reference date of application, July 25, 2008, is as shown on TCDS A24CE.
