1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document 1176-00-9305 entitled: "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the installation of cabin and cockpit lighting features in the PZL M28 05 Aircraft,” Revision B, dated February 21, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document 1176-00-9313, Revision A, FAA Approved April 25, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
5. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified ai rcraft.
The FAA will reissue the certificate in the name of the transferee and forward it to him.
