1. Installation of LED Replacement Cockpit Panels must be done in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instruction E115810, Revision A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved December 17, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with RMA Maintenance Manual Supplement E115899, Revision A, dated August 4, 2017, or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Definition of Type Design Change is found in RMA Engineering Data Summary E115800, Revision G, TCCA approved December 17, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make, Model and Series.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts changed or affected by the change with the following addition:
