1. Activation of the Garmin GTN 750 (Xi) TAWS-A must be done in accordance with Genesys Engineering Order A165430, Issue A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved August 31, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be done in accordance with Genesys Airplane Flight Manual Supplement A165601, Issue A, TCCA approved August 31, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be done in accordance with Genesys Instructions for Continued Airworthiness A165600, Issue B, dated December 13, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revision.
4. Definition of Type Design Change is found in Genesys Top Document List A165400, Issue B, TCCA approved January 31, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make, Model and Series.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts changed or affected by the change with the following addition:
