1. Installation of the Cockpit Emergency Hatch must be done in accordance with ICARUS Aero Inc.
Installation Drawing IC0021-338-000, Revision NC, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved December 21, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be done in accordance with ICARUS Aero Inc. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-0021-338, Revision NC, TCCA approved December 17, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.
