3. Installation and Maintenance must be in accordance with STG Aerospace documentation as listed on FAA approved model list (AML) No. SA00076IB.

2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this make-model listed on the FAA approved mode list (AML).

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. The installation of photo luminescent exit signs is prohibited for commuter category aircrafts as shown on the FAA approved model list No. SA00076IB.

7. STG Aerospace SSUL-X Green Emitting assemblies shall not be mixed with SSUL-X Blue Emitting assemblies on the same aircraft installation.

8. STG Aerospace SSUL-X Green Emitting signage shall not be mixed with SSUL-X Blue Emitting signage on the same aircraft installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the model series as shown on the FAA approved model list (AML) No. SA00076IB for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
