Installation of a Target Towing Winch System in accordance with Branson Aircraft Corporation Drawing Numbers 56E001, Rev. A, dated June 8, 1993 and 56E002, Rev. A, dated June 8, 1993 or later FAA approved revisions.

1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in a Mitsubishi MU-2B-35, Serial Number 617 only.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Rev. N/C, dated February 10, 1994 or later FAA approved revision is required and will be strictly adhered to.

5. Restraint harness, wirecutter tool, and knife are required additional safety equipment to be on board during operations with this STC configuration.

6. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, and FAA Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated February 10, 1994 or later approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
