1. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

G10210.28.52 Revision -, dated 27 August 2012 and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, Document No. G10237.28.41 Revision NC, dated 31 May 2013, or later FAA accepted revisions must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Loading or dispensing of flares is not FAA approved for civil operations. The FAA certification does not connote FAA endorsement of the deployment of anti-missile pyrotechnic devices (flares) or the effectiveness of the equipment in countering a missile threat.

4. Laser operation is not FAA approved for civil operations. The laser is electrically disabled.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

7. Installation of STC SA10688SC-D is a prerequisite for this STC

8. ELOS Findings have been made for the following regulation of 14 CFR part 23:

§23.815(b), Amendment 23-46, Width of aisle. (Documented in ELOS Memo ACE-14-05).

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Beechcraft Corporation B300 aircraft is as follows:
