1. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

2. This approval is limited to only the installation made to this aircraft as defined in L-3 Communications Mission Integration Division Sealed Drawing List SDL 10342-1 Revision NC dated 11 April 2013 or later FAA/ODA approved revision, and is valid only as long as this aircraft is operated for governmental use.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), L-3 Communications Mission Integration Division Document No. G10342.28.08 Revision NC, dated 04 March 2013, or later FAA accepted revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

6. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment.

7. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115, 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48 the certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft B300 aircraft is as shown on TCDS A24CE .
