1. Installation of Operator Console Structural Provisions Only must be done in accordance with ICARUS Aero Inc. Installation Drawing IC2122-375-000, Revision NC, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved October 17, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with ICARUS Aero Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-2122-375, Revision NC, dated October 17, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models.
4. This approval is limited to the installation of the Operator Console Structural Provisions only. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the modification is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. Model 300, 300LW, B200CGT, B200GT, B300, and B300C aircraft as shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. Model 300, 300LW, B200CGT, B200GT, B300, and B300C aircraft for parts changed or affected by the change, the STC holder has elected to comply with Amendments 23-1 through 23-34 with the following additions and exceptions:
• 14 CFR §§ 23.803, 23.811, 23.812, 23.813, and 23.815 at Amendment 23-46
• 14 CFR § 23.807 at Amendment 23-62
• 14 CFR § 23.1529 at Amendment 23-64 ----------END---------- 3 3
