1. The following documents are required as part of this installation:

a. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, R1074S0601, Revision B, dated May 26, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation for incorporation into the operator’s maintenance program.

b. The Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. R1074S0501, Revision 0, FAA approved July 28, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modificaitons.

4. ELOS Findings have been made for the following regulation of 14 CFR part 23: Section 23.815(b), amendment 23-46, width of aisle, as documented in ELOS Memo ACE-14-10.

5. Installation of two Side Facing Divan Frames and Shoulder Harnesses in accordance with STCs SA4157SW and SA00622WI and Existing Cabin configurations in accordance with STC SA10688SC-D or SA00080MC are prerequisites for this STC.

Certification Basis (Continued):

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Beechcraft B300 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Beechcraft B300 series airplanes is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 5 November 2012, is as shown in TCDS A24CE plus later amendment levels for the following paragraphs:

14 CFR Part 23, effective February 1, 1965, including the latest applicable requirements of Amendments 23-1 through

23-62. The following lists the applicable regulations for this change through Amendment 23-62: 23.23, 23.25, 23.29,
