Modification Data Summary ACI-3061-MDS, Rev. IR, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved September 28, 2022, or later TCAA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with AeroMod Consulting Inc. Flight Manual Supplement ACI-3061-FMS, Rev. IR, TCCA approved December 8, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Installation and Maintenance must be in accordance with AeroMod Consulting Inc.
Installation Instructions & Maintenance Manual Supplement ACI-3061-MMS, Rev. IR, TCCA accepted September 28, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Textron Aviation Inc. B200 and B300 models is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B200 and B300 Models as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B200 and B300 Models for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A24CE with the following exceptions:
• Compliance with 14 CFR part 23 including amendments 23-1 through 23-34.
