4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document W20-036R3-011, Revision B, entitled: "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Cessna 206 Mission Modification”, dated 2 September 2014, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
