1. Decommission of Standard Operators Options (S.O.O.) 6095 Fuel System must be in accordance with AERO Design Ltd. Document Control List DCL812, Revision 2, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved September 11, 2009, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the following De Havilland Canada Manuals:
PSM 1-6-2 Maintenance Manual, DHC-6 Series 100/200 PSM 1-63-2 Maintenance Manual, DHC-6 Series 300 (See continuation sheet 3)
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
