1. Installation of Winglets in accordance with FAA approved AG-TIPS Master Drawing List (MDL) 445-00, Rev. C, dated January 23, 1996, or later FAA approved revision.
2. AG-TIPS FAA approved Pilot's Operating Handbook Airlplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 188.12 and Supplemental Airplane Flight Manual, dated January 5, 1996, or later FAA approved revision, is required as part of this installation.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness must be available to maintenance personnel.
4. This airplane configuration is approved for restricted category operations, FAR 21.25(b)(1), agricultural, when configured in accordance with FAA approved AG-TIPS Master Drawing List (MDL) 445-00, Rev C, dated January 23, 1996.
5. The applicable aircraft serial numbers for modification by this STC are as follows:
Model 188B: 18800833 through 18802348 Model A188B: 678T, 18800833 and up Model T188C: T18803307T, T18803308T, T188803325T and on
6. With winglets installed, the never exceed speed of the airplane is 140 mph IAS.
7. Vortex generators installed with Aeronautical Testing Service, Inc. Supplemental Type Certificate SA00147SE may be installed concurrently with this STC.
8. Other more limiting speed restrictions with dispersal equipment installed continue to apply as listed in the Cessna Owner's Manual or other approved Flight Manual Supplements.
