1. Installation of High Back Seat Modification must be in accordance with Infinion Certification Engineering (Infinion) Installation Instruction EO-1530-02, Issue 3, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved February 17, 2021, or later TCCA approved issue.
2. Definition of the Type Design Change is found in Infinion Master Data List MDL-1530-02, Issue 3, TCCA approved February 17, 2021, or later TCCA approved issue.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Viking Air Limited DHC-6-1, DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-1, DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-1, DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, and DHC-6-300 for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A9EA with the following exceptions:
14 CFR Part 23 including amendments 23-1 through 23-6 plus:
23.785 at amendment 23-34
