This approval is limited to the installation in Cessna Model 170B, Serial No. 25651, only. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement (FMS) dated December 2, 1994, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
