1. Installation of the Replacement Aluminum Cargo Floor Panels, FS 332 - 376, must be in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instruction E128310, Revision A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved June 8, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Definition of the Type Design Change is found in RMA Engineering Data Summary E128300, Revision A, TCCA approved March 12, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Viking Air Limited Models DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, DHC-6-300, and DHC-6-400 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited Models DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, DHC-6-300, and DHC-6-400 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited Models DHC-6-100, DHC-6-200, DHC-6-300, and DHC-6-400 for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A9EA with the following exception:
14 CFR Part 23 including amendments 23-1 through 23-6.
