1. Manufacture and Installation, Emergency Evacuation Configuration, must be in accordance with AeroMod Consulting Inc. Modification Data Summary ACI-3052-MDS, Revision IR, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved June 29, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness contained in AeroMod Consulting Inc. Maintenance Manual Supplement ACI-3052-MMS, Revision IR, TCCA accepted April 28, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Operation must be in accordance with AeroMod Consulting Inc. Flight Manual Supplement ACI-3052-FMS, Revision IR, TCCA approved June 15, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Textron Aviation Inc. 1900C and 1900D is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. 1900C and 1900D as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. 1900C and 1900D for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A24CE with the following exception:
14 CFR Part 23 at Amendment 23-1 through Amendment 23-34.
