Original Product - Type Certificate Number: A-777 3A15 Make: Beech Beech Model: 35 thru G35, 35R 35-33, 35-A33 thru C33, E33, F33 Description of Type Design Change: Modification of Beech 35-950116, 35-950118, 33-95001-5, and 33- 95001-7, exhaust stack assemblies by adding a slip joint to the middle riser of each exhaust stack assembly per Muffler and Exhaust System Remanufacturing Drawing 106-5500, Revision 1, dated July 20, 1995, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This modification must be inspected for indications of leaking or cracking at each annual inspection of the modified airplane. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.
