3) Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Document Number 03130103 Revision B, dated July 29, 2022, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions (continuation)

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Approval of this change in type design applies to the model of airplane shown in page 1 of this STC.

4) A copy of this certificate, the AFMS, and the ICA shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.

5) This approval includes the installation of provisions for later equipment installations.

Additional FAA certification may be required to install the equipment.

6) This STC is intended for military, public, or government use aircraft only. Installation of this STC on aircraft for commercial use is prohibited.

7) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

8) FAA found the design change to be no acoustic change per 14 CFR §21.93(b).

9) STCs SA11133SC, SA00159MC, SA03087NY, and SA03349NY must be installed as prerequisites for this STC.

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation model B300/B300C mission systems is as follows:

a. As specified on the applicable Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) of the aircraft for parts not changed or not affected by this STC.

b. Regulations at the amendment levels defined within the below table for parts changed or affected by the STC since the reference date of STC application, 05/28/2021.
