1. Installation of a Cockpit Combustion Heater Exhaust Extension on the Right-Hand Side (RHS) of the Fuselage must be in accordance with both KASI Aviation Services Inc. Master Document List, Document No. MDL44116002, Revision NC, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved September 6, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions; and KASI Aviation Services Inc. Modification Instructions, Document No. KA2405_MI, Revision NC, dated April 15, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with KASI Aviation Services Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. ICA44116-003, Revision NC (Initial Release), TCCA accepted September 6, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with either one of the following four (4) KASI Aviation Services Inc. documents as applicable:
a. KASI Aviation Services AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL SUPPLEMENT, Document No.
KA2405-FMS-1, Revision NC, (Applicable to the Piper Aircraft Corporation PA-31-350 (T1020) Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual, Report No. LK-1345); TCCA approved September 6, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions.
b. KASI Aviation Services AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL SUPPLEMENT, Document No.
KA2405-FMS-2, Revision NC, (Applicable to the Piper Aircraft Corporation Airplane Flight Manual for Piper Navajo Chieftain bearing the Aircraft Serial Numbers 31-5000 and up through 31-7652177, Part No. 761 486, Report No. 1750); TCCA approved September 6, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions.
c. KASI Aviation Services AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL SUPPLEMENT, Document No.
KA2405-FMS-3, Revision NC, (Applicable to the Piper Aircraft Corporation PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftain Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual for the Aircraft Serial Numbers 31-7752001 through 31-7952250, Part No. 761 628, Report No. 2046); TCCA approved September 6, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions, or;
d. KASI Aviation Services AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL SUPPLEMENT, Document No.
KA2405-FMS-4, Revision NC, (Applicable to the Piper Aircraft Corporation PA-31-350 Chieftain Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual, Report No. LK-1208); TCCA approved September 6, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
