2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation of STC SA00105MC is a prerequisite for this STC.

4. Installation of TC Kit 130-4050 Extended Nose; 130-4404 Maritime Strakes and 130-4051 Sensor Lift Mechanism are prerequisites for this STC.

5. The FAA has not certified certain mission equipment components for which the provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

6. The lithium battery is not installed in the PRC-158 or KG-250 as part of the FAA-approved type design.

7. Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulation(s):
