2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The lithium battery is not installed in the KG-250, ARC-210, KY-100M, Link-16 R/T, SOA Eagle, and PRC-117 Radios as part of the FAA-approved type design.

4. Installation of OEM TC Kits 130-4050, 130-4404, 130-4051, 130-8004-00013, 130-3089- 0011/00013, FL-7300 and OEM Field Service Kit 130-5150-0001 are prerequisites for this STC.

5. The FAA has not certified certain mission equipment components for which provisions are intended.

You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

6. Laser operation is not FAA approved for civil operations. The laser is electrically disabled.

7. This design approval is limited to government/military use only.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation, Inc. B300 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation, Inc. B300 series airplanes is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 14 July 2022, is as shown below:

A Type Certificate holder who allows a person to use the Type Certi ficate to manufacture a new aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller must provide that person with a written licensing agreement acc e ptable to the FAA. (Ref. 14 CFR 21.55).
