Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc., wing strut fitting in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Drawing KAC2W1097A, dated April 22, 2013. Installation of Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc., wing strut fitting in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Installation Instructions KI23423, Revision A, dated April 22, 2013, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only with a maximum gross weight of 5370 pounds. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircr aft. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. This supplemental type certificate is not applicable for use as an alternative method of compliance to Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2007 -12-13. All requirements of AD 2007-12-13 remain applicable.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
