1. This Multilink Transceiver installation approval is limited to integration with a separately approved multi-function display installation, Avidyne Model EX500, P/N 700-0007-() or Model EX5000, P/N 700-00004-).

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Avidyne Corporation Document AVMLX-004, Revision 03, dated November 17, 2008 or later FAA accepted revision shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
