Part 23 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Installation of Avidyne Corporation Entegra Integrated Flight Display System in accordance with Avidyne Corporation Master Document List referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA-approved revisions.

System installation consists of:

1) Two Avidyne Integrated Flight Displays (IFDs), p/n 700-00083-( ).

2) Avidyne IFD software Release 9.2 or later FAA approved version.

3) Avidyne Control/Display Unit, p/n 700-00150-( ).

4) Avidyne Magnetometer/OAT Sensor p/n 700-00011-( ) for the right side IFD.

5) Optional Becker Mode C transponder p/n ATC 4401-2-250 or Mode S Transponder p/n BXP 6402-1R-01.

6) Optional PS Engineering Audio Panel p/n 050-890-0402.

7) Other ancillary equipment such as antennas, cable assemblies, circuit breaker panels, etc.

Limitations and Conditions: (continued from Page 1 of 3)

1. Operation must be in accordance with the applicable Avidyne Corporation Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA-approved revision.

The AFMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the applicable Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA accepted revision.

The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

Certification Basis:

See attached FAA Approved Model List (AML), Document No. AVIFD-006, Rev 05, or later FAA approved revision for the Certification Basis.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
