Installation of the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services ADASd in accordance with Pratt & Whitney Engine Services’ Installation Manual DAAS-G-010-6, Revision B, dated April 7, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision.
1. Pratt & Whitney Engine Services , Fli ght Manual Supplement No. DAAS-T-250-6 for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation Models C90GT and C90GTi Part 23 aircraft, Revision A, approved July 1, 2010, or later FAA a pproved revision, is required with this modification.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Pratt & Whitney Document No. DAAS -G-260-6, Revision B, dated June 23, 2010 or later FAA accepted revision shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for signifi cant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft C90GT, C90GTi model aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for Hawker Beechcraft C90GT, C 90GTi model aircraft is shown on the TCDS 3A20 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, September 17, 2009 , is based upon Part 23 as ame nded by Amendment 23-59. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
