1. FMS-111122, Revision 3, dated April 22, 2012, or later FAA approved revision. The FMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with ATI Engineering Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document No. ICA-111122, Revision --, dated April 22, 2012, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and FAA Order 8110.48 policy for non-significant changes, the certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft Corporation models listed on page 1 and modified in accordance with this STC is as follows:
