1. Flight with NVGs is not approved by this STC. NVG operational approval must be secured by other means.

2. Operation must be in accordance with ATI Engineering Services Flight Manual Supplement (FMS) Document No. FMS-100921, Revision IR, dated August 16, 2013, or later FAA approved revision. The FMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with ATI Engineering Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document No. ICA-100921, Revision 1, dated August 16, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

Certification Basis:

This change is not considered significant per 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101. However, ATI Engineering Services, LLC voluntarily complied with the regulations at the latest amendment in effect at the date of application for those parts changed or affected by the change. The certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft Corporation 200, 200C, 200CT, 200T, B200, B200C, B200CT, B200T, 300, 300LW, B300, and B300C aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, January 20, 2011, is based upon part 23 as amended by amendments through Amendment 23-59.
