FWL-12 or FWH-12; 4 tank 64 gallon fuel system fabricated from Piper no. 10849-25 and 10849-32, fuel selector no. A73W, fuel quantity senders no. 450-663 or 13009-02, and fuel quantity gauge no. 3090-033; left side baggage door, articulating front seats, removable rear seats, fishing pole storage tube through baggage compartment wall into aft fuselage, modified vertical tail and Piper rudder no. 64276-00, titanium firewall, aluminum wing leading edges, Cleveland brakes, no. 199-71, Piper electrical switches no. 454656, 454657, and 454658, engine gauge cluster part no. 436456S8, and overhead circuit breaker panel with Wood and Klixon circuit breakers; modified engine mount; modified engine cowl; and modified instrument panel.

Note: This modification is approved for the normal category landplane only. Installation of the following STC's is required: SA149AL, SA148AL, SA289AL, SA189AL, SA190AL, SA192AL, SA600AL, SA477AL, and SA593AL.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for other aircraft.

This approval is limited to the installation in The New Piper Aircraft Model PA-14, Serial No. 14-103, only. A copy of this Certificate, dated May 30, 1996, and the Flight Manual Supplement, no revision, dated May 28, 1996, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
