Installation of an Aircraft Noise Control System in accordance with Cooper Tire & Rubber / Cooper Advanced Technologies Master Document List, Document Number 14240033-B, Revision B, dated April 26, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. A copy of this certificate, along with a copy of Pilot Guide for the Cessna Aircraft Model 210, Document Number 14240015-A dated January 22, 1999, is required and must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for this aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in paragraph 21.93(b) of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
