Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies per TCDS 1A10, Section III, Model PA-23-250, Serial Numbers 27-1 through 27-7554168; Section V, Model PA-E23-250, Serial Numbers 27-1 through 27-7554168 only; and Section VI, Model PA-23-250, Serial Numbers 27-7654001 through 27-8154029.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. Additionally, if more than 5 vortex generators are damaged or missing, the aircraft is not to be considered airworthy. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
