1. Pilot Operating Handbook, Manufacturer’s Part Number 761-780, Report Number VB1180, must be used when operating at 2440 lbs gross weight.
2. A placard must be installed in full view of the pilot, enscribed with the statement (1) above.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
